New Families

Existing Families: Add Additional Child

Emergency Contact & Medical Waiver
Each child must have a medical form and emergency contact on file. Please turn in the medical form with your payment. GXCTTDVN Emergency form (PDF).
General Information Hand-out
An information letter was mailed home to all parents in May before the end of the school year. If you did not receive this letter, you can view it here: 2017-2018 Parent Information Letter(PDF).
Fees
Registration fees help reserve your spot in class, and support classroom books/supplies, food, and activities for your child. The parish subsidizes each child as the true costs for our program are much higher. Fees are never intended to be prohibitive for families to participate. If you have financial hardship, please contact the parish office. The fee schedule for the coming year is:
- Child #1 – $200
- Child #2 – $200 ($400 total)
- Child #3 – $150 ($550 total)
- Child #4, 5, 6… – $100 each ($650, $750, $850
total, …)
NOTE: Registrations received after Aug 21, 2017 shall be $50 more for each child, to cover extra costs in ordering supplies, books, and equipment later.

Volunteer Support
Our program fees are low due to the overwhelming support from parent volunteers. We request every parent volunteer help serve at least 3 weekends throughout the year. Various parent committees include
- Food Committee
- Set up / Clean up committee
- Facility Committee
- Administration Committee
